Research On The Sustainable Growth Ability Of Smart Phone Enterprises From The Perspective Of Supply Chain

The smartphone industry is an emerging high-tech industry with a large market,rapid development,high output value and a long upstream and downstream industrial chain,which occupies an important position in the entire Chinese economic landscape.Corresponding to the vigorous development of the smart phone industry is the high rate of elimination of smart phone companies.Therefore,the issue of achieving sustainable growth for smart phone companies is particularly important.The monitoring of sustainable growth ability is of great value to the sustainable growth theory and business practice application.Taking grounded theory as the research tool and domestic mainstream mobile phone enterprises as the research object,this paper conducts in-depth interviews with relevant enterprise managers,collects and collates second-hand data,and constructs a measurement model of the sustainable growth ability of smart phone enterprises.In the process of open coding,according to the relevant codes,concepts and categories,"supply chain" is the most frequently mentioned concept.In the process of spindle coding,it is found that the concept of supply chain is logically related to many concepts.Therefore,in the process of selective coding,this paper combs and develops the story line contained in the phenomenon from the perspective of supply chain,that is,resource allocation,and selects the core category within the obtained main category.After continuous generalization and refinement,three core categories gradually emerge: industry positioning,asset light operation,and stakeholder coordination.According to the relationship between the core category and the sustainable growth ability of smart phone enterprises,this paper determines the components of the sustainable growth ability of smart phone enterprises,designs the itf-idf model with the idea of text space vector to measure the weight of the model,and finally constructs the measurement model for the sustainable growth ability of smart phone enterprises.The collection of objective data and the application of the measurement model provide the basis for the measurement of the sustainable growth ability of smart phone enterprises.Through the ordinal information given by FAHP,the reliability of the measurement model is further verified.Through the above research,the paper draws the following conclusions: first,industrial positioning power solves the problem of "what to do" in the process of resource allocation,which is the starting point of enterprise resource allocation.The core of industry positioning is the matching of market opportunity and enterprise supply chain resources.Second,asset light operation solves the problem of "how to do" in the process of enterprise resource allocation,which is the core link of enterprise resource allocation.Asset light operation is essentially supply chain operation.Third,the coordination of stakeholders is to solve the problem of "for whom" in the process of enterprise resource allocation.The other side of the coordination of stakeholders in smart phone enterprises is the supply chain coordination of smart phone enterprises,which is one body with two sides.Fourth,the integration and dynamic coordinated development of these three capabilities form the sustainable growth capability of enterprises and promote the sustainable growth of enterprises.
