With the development of the electronic information age,electronic products have become an indispensable part of people's life.Because of the characteristics of large number of users,fast updating and various types of electronic products,the number of discarded electronic products is increasing sharply.There are a lot of toxic heavy metals in electronic waste.If not handled properly,it will pose a great threat to the ecological environment,but at the same time,there are abundant available resources in electronic products,which have high reuse value.If it is recycled effectively and treated regularly,it will produce huge economic benefits.This paper takes mobile phones as the research object,designs and scientifically lays out the reverse supply chain network of waste electronic products,so that it can increase the reuse rate of resources,,improve the efficiency and efficiency of recovery,and realize the purpose of environmental protection while achieving economic benefits.Firstly,the paper summarizes the research status of reverse supply chain and recycling of waste electronic products at home and abroad,and analyses the relevant theory of reverse supply chain,especially the uncertainty in reverse supply chain.Secondly,it analyses the recycling status of waste mobile phones and points out the problems in the recycling status.According to the different recycling subjects,it puts forward three kinds of reverse handsets.Logistics operation mode,and based on the third-party recycler-led operation mode,the reverse supply chain network structure of used mobile phones is designed.On this basis,the objective of optimal design of reverse supply chain network model is defined,uncertainty theory is introduced,and an optimization model of waste mobile phone reverse supply chain network is established based on the uncertainty of quantity and quality of recycling to maximize the expected revenue.The model is processed by equivalent transformation in the method of fuzzy chance constrained programming,and the fuzzy variables in the model are transformed into clear ones.An optimal particle swarm optimization algorithm with adaptive dynamic change of inertia weight is used as the model solving tool.Finally,the grey GM(1,1)prediction model is selected to predict the sales volume of mobile phones in Shandong Province,and the market supply A model is used to predict the waste volume and spatial distribution of mobile phones in Shandong Province.According to the determined parameters,the particle swarm optimization algorithm for location allocation is set up.With the help of MATLAB software,the optimization model of reverse supply chain network of used mobile phones in uncertain environment is solved through a case.The optimal layout and transportation path of facilities nodes are obtained,and the robustness analysis is carried out to verify the scientificity and feasibility of the model.
