Design And Implementation Of Xi'an Telecom's Data Asset Management System

With the rapid development of mobile Internet,cloud computing and Internet of Things in China,all kinds of data and information show explosive growth.In recent years,large data has become a hot topic,which has a great impact on daily operation and management,business processes,marketing,and also changes the way enterprises make decisions.Data assets have become the core competitiveness of enterprises,how to build a large data ecosystem around the data assets of Xi'an Telecom,user experience-oriented,innovative business model,has become an important task facing Xi'an Telecom.By analyzing the current situation of data assets management of network operators at home and abroad and the data assets liquidation mode of Xi'an Telecom Company,this paper puts forward the problems exposed in the process of data assets utilization and management of Xi'an Telecom,such as weak data analysis ability,low application level,imperfect market cultivation and so on.In the aspect of data application competitiveness,this paper designs and implements Xi'an Telecom Data Asset Management System(XDMS)based on demand analysis,data basic management mode and cash flow mode,mining the real business process of data realization.The system uses advanced platform building method and visualization technology,and adopts popular Hadoop data mining software.It establishes a perfect,high performance,stable,safe and open data platform for enterprises and individual users to realize the visualization of data management and data application of Xi'an Telecom.And let Xi'an Telecom accumulated massive data play a full role in providing customers with quality services,and promote the rapid development of the data industry.Firstly,this paper introduces the Web technology,Hadoop data technology,UML modeling,system development and application environment used in system design,analyzes the basic situation of data supplier and user from feasibility analysis,functional and non-functional requirements,and focuses on the system performance and UML-based.The use case modeling,static model and dynamic model are analyzed systematically.The overall design of the presentation layer,business logic layer,data access layer and other three-tier logical structure,business process management,platform visual management,application management,data storage,data processing,data asset security control and other six functional modules.Using MySQL database and database design method based on E-R model,the definition of data entity is completed,and the table structure is designed concretely.Finally,the important sub-modules of the six functional modules are designed and coded in detail.Through the actual test and use of the system,it is proved that the function of the platform meets the actual needs,and the performance can also meet the business requirements of Xi'an Telecom.It can manage data assets well and has high practical value.
