Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Physical Assets Management System

The computer application of China Banknote Printing and Coinage Corporation basically covers all key business departments,and the overall level of information application is high.However,due to historical reasons,the existing physical assets of the head office are scattered in various departments,resulting in the head office in fixed assets.There are unclear departmental responsibilities and inconsistent accounting practices in the management.In order to clarify the company's assets and prevent the loss of assets,the head office plans to build a physical asset management system for the head office.The system is based on bar code technology to non-consumable items above the price of 500 yuan for a yard and clear to the management of the responsible person,asset managers can achieve physical inventory of handheld terminals.The system can strengthen inventory management,reduce procurement costs,improve inventory efficiency,address the inefficient use of physical assets,waste office resources and other outstanding issues,to achieve a systematic and systematic management of physical assets.The dissertation designed and implemented an enterprise physical asset management system based on actual needs,completed the management of the entire life cycle of purchasing,requisitioning,granting,and scrapping physical assets,and realized the integration of physical assets management in all departments of the company.The physical asset management system is divided into four major functional modules,namely basic information management,requisition management,inventory management,and asset account information inquiry.The dissertation completed the analysis of the requirements of the physical asset management system;designed the system's architecture and function modules;realized the system basic information management,management,inventory management,asset account information query functions;and finally designed test cases for each functional module of the system.,completed the test work.In this paper,the system is analyzed and designed based on the relevant technology of Yanhuang Ying AWS platform.The implementation of the system function is accomplished by using Java technology,and the data is stored in the Oracle database.The physical asset management system developed by the thesis has been put into use on the Chinese Banknote Printing and Minting Corporation.The system is currently in a stable state of operation.Safety,scalability,maintainability,and compatibility all meet the established requirements.The earth has improved the management efficiency of physical assets and saved resources.
