Based on the analysis of original business process and Business reengineering, a business flow chart is drawn. Then the paper analyzes the feasibility in different aspects. The system is analyzed from the aspect of functional analysis, including role analysis, system data stream analysis, system functional structure analysis. It demonstrates the system top layer data flow chart, first layer data flow chart, second layer data flow chart, overall function structure chart, sub-function structure chart and description of data dictionary. After function analysis, data analysis is given. This paper describes system entity property, entity relationship, database tables with details. Among them, data modelling is discussed in detail. The databases are analyzed by using entity property chart and E-R chart. At last, this paper summarizes on research work and looks forward to next step.From the discussion about the issues existing in small and medium-sized enterprises in the fixed assets management, this paper explains the optimization on the fixed assets management of small and medium-sized enterprises:it optimizes the management manner in fixed assets; it enhances the power of inner-control and supervision; it increases the efficiency on the management of fixed assets. By applying the measures mentioned above, the ability of management on small and medium-sized enterprises is improved, which ensures small and medium-sized enterprises have a normal operation. The operational efficiency and Market competitiveness of the small and medium-sized enterprises are improved.
