With China's entry into the new normal economic era,cloud computing is also developing rapidly.The new media technology has brought great impact to the traditional publishing market,and the traditional publishing enterprises have faced greater challenges.The publishing industry in the current domestic and foreign,digital publishing and traditional publishing technology is in rapid integration,digital publishing has become an important part of social informatization and the development of the national economy,showing a momentum of development of new industries,this is a future direction of development of the publishing industry.Shaanxi University Press is an important cultural enterprises in the province,in order to adapt to the new requirements of digital publishing,the publishing market and constantly improve the enterprise's core competitive ability,the development and construction of the house decided to strengthen the system of digital publishing,Internet comprehensive construction management system based on digital publishing,which provides technical support for the development of enterprises,in the cloud computing and Internet plus forward.This research has carried on the thorough analysis to the domestic and foreign digital publishing situation,and based on the current related digital publishing system,analyzed the digital publishing demand of a University Press in Shaanxi,and gave the related countermeasures,so as to expand the system needs analysis.According to the characteristics of this system,OpenStack technology,JSP technology,Web service and Spring technology are adopted.In the process of analysis of the business needs of the system,the workflow system clearly,and the system will be divided into the whole media database module,management module,digital publishing and digital publication delivery module of three modules,according to the specific process of their analysis.Then the overall structure of the selected topic is designed,and the functional modules are designed in detail according to the requirements of the system function.Finally,we realized the cloud platform and database used by the system,then realized the three functional modules,optimized the performance of database and webpage,and gave the related realization interface diagram.This system is based on the design and implementation of the cloud platform,which provides a digital publishing solution to a University Press in Shaanxi,which has a certain value of promotion.The main work of this research are as follows: on the basis of OpenStack to build a cloud platform,dynamic management and allocation of hardware resources,at the same time using Swift software system to provide persistent and strong expandability of data storage;build up in the professional database for the whole media database,the digital publication can be unified archiving and storage;design and implementation digital publishing and management module,a collection of investment review function and manuscript management function,the digital publishing content has been unified management;the design and implementation of digital publication delivery module,the function module with the sales,payment and delivery of three-in-one function.The system development effectively meets the needs of a University Press in Shaanxi for the new era of digital publishing,giving participants better network experience,and has strong practicability,and further improves the efficiency of the publishing house in the field of digital publishing.
