Design And Implementation Of Museum Online Office Platform

In recent years,with the rapid development of information technology,informatization has become the trend of development in all fields of society,and the informationization of the cultural industry has also developed rapidly.,the outline of the cultural development reform plan during the 13 th five-year plan period stated that it is necessary to optimize the cultural industry structure and promote the integration of online and offline industries.In the "13th Five-Year Plan" of Chongqing,it also pointed out that it is necessary to promote the reform and innovation of the supply side of traditional cultural enterprises.The traditional manual business processing methods in the museum have been unable to meet the business processing and other needs in the library quickly and efficiently,and it has caused great difficulty in collecting and summarizing the business data of the cultural industry.Based on the design of Chongqing Cultural Big Data Platform Planning and Design Project,this paper designs and implements a museum online office platform based on the theoretical method of software engineering.The paper analyzes the basic status and development trend of the online office platform.The paper summarizes the needs of various departments of Museum and carries out corresponding design and development work.The online office platform studied in this paper is an important part of the museum information system.The staff in the embassy can enjoy the convenience of informationized office and quick information release,collection management and improve work efficiency.The work of the thesis is as follows:(1)Summarize the technology used in the system development process,determine the system to use SSM three-layer MVC framework for development,use Shrio security framework to achieve system access control,use Redis cache framework to store system permission information,use The Activiti workflow framework controls the business processes in the system.(2)Conduct a use case analysis of each role from the previous research report,and summarize the performance and security requirements that need to be met in the platform operation.(3)The system was designed from the overall to the part of the idea,the functional structure of each part was designed in detail,and the database was designed according to the basic cultural data standard of Chongqing.(4)The modules are implemented in turn,and the class diagram of the core class and the timing diagram of the core functions are drawn.(5)The corresponding test cases are written for each module of the system,and the corresponding tests are carried out,which can better meet the needs of users,indicating that the system has reached the design tone.
