In 2008,the national Palace Museum joinedwith IBM to launch an online tour game named "beyond space and time of the Forbidden City ".While in terms of the technical level and production,it is not mature enough,but they received an overwhelming number of user response.The creation of the game is referenced as a breakthrough.The Hubei province museum,as a state-level comprehensive museum has a large,rich collection.However the communication effectiveness is limited because of a single way of cultural transmission.Online games as product of the era of progress have been popular with many people,especially teenagers,far-reaching excellent results in information transmission,but game developers are mainly in pursuit of commercial profits and ignore the construction of spiritual civilization,so as to bring about a series of negative problems.Museum mode of transmission of "modeling" and "vulgarization" online game development,are problems to be solved.This paper uses the case analysis and literature research method.By using online games as a carrier,the paper sought a new direction of development for the cultural creative industries in hubei province museum,we propose that online games be integrated into the hubei province museum culture.With the museum as the background,history and culture as the content,different exhibition halls of historic events as the main footprint,combined with the abundant capital and highly efficient network game company's research and development technology and mature market operation system,we plan to create a network game of hyperspace,diverse infinite openness,in real and virtual context,so people across different time and space can experience the Shared culture museum,meet the needs of the masses of the people,carry forward the Chinese traditional culture,with creative cultural industry market's existence,its social and cultural identity is beyond measure.In the process can also bring some business profits,is conducive to resolve the network game bad word of mouth and the present situation of the museum cultural transmission diversity enough.This paper selects the Hubei museum.
