With the development of computer and Internet technology,office automati on(OA)gradually replaces the traditional manual office model,to achieve the paperless office,a large number of resources to save and improve work efficie ncy.At the same time,information technology also makes the work standardiza tion,standardization,and effectively enhances the work level.This paper introduced the online office management system of Kunming g overnment general office,including the background of research,background of the project,and research and application status of similar systems.The paper's main work is the analysis of Kunrning government office software requiremen ts,mainly including three parts:business requirements,functional requirements,data requirements analysis.The organization of the municipal government office staff as well as the original core business processes is analyzed.This paper a nalysis the existing process problems and reengineers the business process of o nline office system.Then the system functional requirements analysis,the paper uses the use case analysis and use case description methods,given the role of the system and its corresponding functions,obtained the overall functional arc hitecture of the system and the structure of each functional module.Finally,th e system data needs analysis,the paper uses the use case analysis method to a nalyze the data of each function of the system,and establish the database table structure.The end,we summarize the research and analysis work,and look fo rward to the next step.
