With the exuberant demand of the airports and airlines for the crew,the aircraft simulated maintenance trainer is one of the most important means for the training of the crew,and has gradually become a hot spot of research.Complex electronic components are important components of aircraft.It is of great significance to establish a complex electronic component simulation model for virtual maintenance training.But the current analog maintenance trainer,the complexity of the complex electronic components in the failure injection efficiency is not high.Aiming at the above problems,this paper analyzes the maintenance operation task of complex electronic components,and establishes a complex electronic component simulation model which can rapidly increase the failure state.The main contents of the paper include:First of all,through the analysis of the AMM(aircraft maintenance manual),TSM(troubleshooting manual),ASM(aircraft system principle diagram manual)complex electronic components maintenance tasks such as maintenance manual,summed up the three main components of complex electronic maintenance activities:test tasks,Disassembly and disassembly tasks and troubleshooting tasks.Then the overall framework of the simulation model of complex electronic components in virtual maintenance scene based on functional modules and disassembly modules is proposed.Secondly,the disassembly and assembly model of complex electronic components is established to meet the needs of the maintenance tasks of complex electronic components.The building platform and construction method of the geometric model of complex electronic components are analyzed.Three problems involved in the disassembly and assembly process of complex electronic components are studied:disassembly logic constraint,disassembly and collision detection,disassembly and position control.Finally,a mathematical model of disassembly and assembly of complex electronic components is established.Thirdly,the functional model of complex electronic components based on Mealy is innovatively proposed to meet the needs of the complex electronic components and the maintenance tasks of the test class.Research on the methods of constructing virtual instrument,comparing SCM(simulation component model),MFM(multilevel flow model),Mealy(mealy machine)three kinds of modeling methods,according to the operation and maintenance tasks of complex electronic components in the flight service manual,constructs a complex electronic component function model of Mealy machine based on.Finally,taking the electronic control box(ECB)as an example,the functional modules and disassembly modules of ECB are built respectively,and the simulation model of the electronic control box with fault simulation function is established.It is verified on the self-made A320 aircraft maintenance simulator,and the final verification shows that the model is practical and feasible.
