The paper first summarizes the research background and hydraulic servo controltechnology development trend of nowadays and the widespread application,Then on thehydraulic servo motion control test bench for the engineering professional teaching andscientific research of the necessity.This paper introduces the basic function of test bench and basic principle, andintroduced the hydraulic control principle and electrical control design, this test bench andthe computer control mode to do detail. Test bench motor control system is composed ofvalve controlled motor system and pump control motor system composition, this paperaround the two parts, mainly for hydraulic servo motion control test bench of motor controlsystem of static and dynamic characteristics analysis, and respectively to control valvemotor position control system, control valve motor speed control system and pump controlmotor speed control system for further research. Application of the test bench theproportion servo control technology, using electro-hydraulic proportional servo valve andproportion of variable pump, the servo test bench of motor control system of mathematicalmodeling, and then separately from linear continuous, linear discrete and nonlinearcontinuous in three aspects such as system into action, static analysis. Chooses is industrialcomputer as a test bench control control core, realize the test bench electric control andintelligent control, and selection of VB programming language as a computer program tool,not only realize the intelligent and improve the operability of the test bench andmaintenance. The tester adopts high precision measurement and control device, intelligentsensor, measurement and control process combining with ipc, which not only improves theperformance test rig and make more accurate test parameters. Using MATLAB/Simulinksoftware to the characteristics of the hydraulic servo control system simulation, input atypical signal analysis the dynamic response and performance parameters, and at the sametime, analysis the performance parameters of the system meets the design requirements,analysis to the system the necessity of adding correction link. Through the calculation and simulation, summed up in the same input parametercomparing the advantages and disadvantages of each control system, as well as in the samesystem in different input signal reaction conditions, make integrating theory with practice,for the subsequent teaching, scientific research to provide certain theory basis and thereference experience.
