Servo technology is an important part of electromechanical integration technology,it is widely used in the automation equipment of CNC machine,industrial robot and so on.With the increasing scale of modern production,the demand for electric servo system in various industries is increasing,and the demand for the performance is higher.Therefore,it is very important to study and manufacture high performance,high reliability electric servo system.This paper firstly analyzes the working principle of servo control system and the present situation of related technology development,and puts forward the objective and main research content of this design.Second,analyzing the characteristic of a dc motor,servo control system for the modeling analysis,and determine the way of a dc motor drive,and then determine the overall scheme of this design.Furthermore,according to the control function of the system needed to achieve,through the modular design the hardware circuit of servo control system,and has carried on the modeling and simulation of dc speed regulating system,and the simulation results are analyzed.According to the simulation results,the software programming was carried out in the development environment of Keil C51.Finally,test the design of dc motor servo control system,through the open loop PWM waveform,the closed loop measurement mode of motor working condition of such two parts as test experiment,the results show that the servo controller works well,can the normal output PWM signals and current loop,speed loop and position loop of the closed loop control,meet the design requirements,can be used in the design of the company's products.
