This thesis describes the use of LabVIEW virtual instrument technology and development of a developing platform special light units measurement and control system. The software realize the function of traditional hardware instruments, and achieved the effect of software as a instrument, saving the hardware cost, promoting the development of the virtual instrument technology.This thesis will virtual instrument technology used in a special light units of measurement and control system of development, realize the servo control module, convergence, view switching, hoods protection modules, detectors, digital video work control module on display acquisition module, electric self-check module, the system calibration module and information management module seven modules.In light of the units system development process, resolve the following issues: industrial PC and light between units fieldbus communication problems by RS422; Through the industrial PC, movement control CARDS, drives, motor, rotating transformer, Angle transmitter, implements a servo motor loop system; Using image acquisition card realize image, according to the real-time data acquisition, image gray value measurement function; Realize data storage and query functions.In motor drive, image card control and RS422 communications are calling their respective DLL, will each control DLL into a corresponding function in the configuration of the LabVIEW, convenient system of VI function control the development. In constructing a servo loop system using rotating transformer, need to undertake twice decoding, is the first time will spin variation signal through the Angle transmitter decoding converted into digital signals, the second is to convert digital signal through calculating Angle.Using image card image acquisition, besides the dynamical link libraries image acquisition process writing, but also need to write the extra DCF model, configuration files with cameras configured DLL function is used together, achieve VI real-time image display, collecting purposes.Light units measurement and control system, preliminary debugging has basically to reach the required function purpose, the stability of the system as a whole, can good operation units undulations comprehensive tt&c debugging.
