Design And Implementation Of Food Material Purchase Ledger Registration System In Catering Industry

As the size of the catering industry continues to increase,various raw materials for production and operation continue to increase.However,the current management of purchasing raw materials for food and beverage in the catering industry is still based on the traditional semi-automated and spreadsheet processing models.Some internal regulations on the use of food raw materials management communication and exchange are still using e-mail work,and with the development of the restaurant industry and the increase in the number of food raw materials,these methods of work have been unable to meet the current food and beverage raw materials resource management business needs.Based on the actual needs of the purchasing department of foodstuffs raw materials,this paper first investigates and researches the overall business requirements of the foodstuffs purchasing accounting register system,and then analyzes the core business processes of the foodstuffs raw materials purchasing registering system.With the aid of UML tools,system functional requirements,the system is divided into supplier management,food raw materials management,catering unit management,food unit management,accounting information management and system information management module;on this basis,the completion of the system database design,based on B/S framework,MVC framework and ASP.NET technology to complete the front and backstage design of food raw materials registration accounting system,the detailed design and implementation of front and backstage function modules,and the systematic testing.The system test results show that the registration system for food raw materials purchasing registration meets the requirements of on-line operation.The system has been in a food processing company's food raw materials purchasing department trial run,after the actual scene of validation and long time of commissioning,the system work is satisfactory.The use of this system saves the manpower cost and the management cost of maintaining the company's food raw materials;the work efficiency of the food raw material purchasing department has been greatly improved.
