With the innovation of IT technology and network software, the use ofcomputer and network will realize the network office automation, so that the staffcan be free from a large number of simple and repetitive work. By sharing theinstant information and data on the network platform, work efficiency will beimproved to a large extent.Based on the research on some relevant human resources management systemsboth at home and aboard and combined with the present situation and developmenttrend of Human Resources Management(HRM) in higher vocational colleges, thispaper is to set up HRM System in Liaoning Petrochemical Vocational College.Using B/S development mode, this system is developed in IE environment. Thefront desk page system adopts Dreamweaver and the backstage management systemuses JSP dynamic web development technology. With the usage of JAVA languageand JavaScript language and taking Microsoft SQL Server2000as the databaseplatform, the database is accessed through JDBC-ODBC technology. It is veryconvenient for testing the system in conjunction with the JDK and TOMCAT tools.On the basis of the author’s familiarity with the current higher vocational collegepersonnel management mode and management authority, the system is to integrateand optimize the traditional personnel management mode and adopts a hybrid modelof B/S and C/S by using the Apache service platform, which is developed throughPHP in front desk and SQL sever in backstage. The results shows that the developedHRM system can conveniently carry out the personnel management, update andconsummate the timely information and accurately query for all kinds of differentdata and statistics, so that HRM of the college can be informationized and webified.
