With the increasing regulatory requirements of medical device service enterprises in the country and the development of medical device supply chain management towards informationization and transparency,this paper studies the actual needs of A company's third-party medical device supply chain management business.Design and implementation of a third-party medical device supply chain platform(TMDSCP)that meets regulatory requirements.The main work and contributions of this paper are as follows:1.Firstly,it analyzes the existing medical device supply chain platform on the market,and then conducts sufficient research on the actual business needs of A-company,and finally determines the requirements of the third-party medical device supply chain platform that meets the requirements of the national regulatory authorities.2.Analyze and compare the current front-end technology frameworks Vue,React,and Angular,as well as the popular back-end technology frameworks Spring and Spring Boot for the needs of the above analysis.Finally decided to adopt the B/S architecture,use MVC ideas,and use of the frontend separation technology,the front-end uses the Vue.js framework,the back-end uses the popular framework Spring Boot and combined with the Mysql database system development program.3.The system uses the above specific technologies to achieve development,can manage basic information of enterprise personnel and parameters,and can manage related information of cooperative companies and first-class qualifications and varieties,and design a combination of PC and mobile,so that in order to manage the actual order business of the enterprise,such as creating and modifying orders and order audits,and setting up the scanning code warehousing function through information technology to match the actual warehouse management mode of the enterprise,it can also use the above technology to generate reports analysis for each business.4.In order to improve the efficiency of warehouse distribution,the system analyzes the medical equipment purchased by customers in the business order for a long time,and uses the Apriori algorithm and Poisson distribution to calculate the relationship between the goods and the quantity of the goods,thus designing multiple sets of pre-plans.Distribution templates that allow warehouse personnel to prepare pre-shipment boxes that match the template in advance,thereby increasing the efficiency of the warehouse.The system also calculates the best and most cost-effective templates for different surgical sites by the doctor's score for the pre-allocation template used for each surgical order,and recommends two templates for the corresponding surgical site each time an order is created for multiple selections.The platform developed in this paper is an enterprise commissioned project,which has been put into use.It has been shown by practice that it can meet the business needs,has passed the audit required by the national regulatory authorities,and provides reference for the research and development of other similar systems.
