Since the reform and opening up,Chinese cities are showing the momentum of the Sparks and the overall rise.As a rising city star,Chongqing is not only the youngest municipality in China,but also an important strategic city in the western region.Any information on development and change related to Chongqing can attract widespread public attention.As one of the important manifestations of urban soft power,city image is of vital importance to the development of the city.The short video has revolutionized the traditional mode of communication and has become the most powerful carrier for the image of the city in the modern era.The paper uses content analysis method to operate with a combination of quantitative and qualitative content analysis paths.In this paper,“Pear Chongqing” was selected as the research object,and some reports from Chongqing in 2018 were selected for analysis.A total of 303 samples were obtained.After statistical analysis of the data,it can be seen that the relevant reports are mainly focused on the “citizen” issue,and the video material is mostly provided by the public,and the overall trend tends to be positive.The research shows that the image of Chongqing City presented by “Pear Chongqing” is: warm-hearted and ruling for the people's government;economic “squatting” to strive to become “highland”;optimistic market and small people;passionate and vibrant urban culture;8D magic network red city.The "Pear Chongqing" filming system has broadened the space for disseminating the main body and extending the image of the city.Its audiovisual language builds a more realistic "second city" than traditional media.At the same time,however,“Pear Chongqing” lacks a macro perspective in presenting the image of the city,resulting in uneven distribution of issues.In order to further optimize the communication effect of “Pear Chongqing” on the image of Chongqing city,the author puts forward three suggestions: one is to optimize the allocation of elements to seek maximum communication;the second is to pay attention to the expression of the story;the third is to create a three-dimensional communication matrix combining official and individual.
