| In recent years,with the development of the information technological revolution,human society is gradually entering the era of digital economy,and digital has become the key factor to promote urban economic development.With the continuous development of new media technology,city image communication has entered the era of mobile short video,and Tiktok has become a new way of city image communication.According to the 2018 White Paper on Short Video and City Image Research,the number of short videos involving Chongqing in the Tiktok platform ranked top,with the top three being Chongqing,Xi’an and Chengdu,with 11.36 billion,8.91 billion and 8.88 billion respectively.These three western hub cities rank in the top three,surpassing first tier big cities.The huge flow of Tiktok has provided an opportunity for the development of the city itself.More cities have begun to use Tiktok to shape and spread the city image,so as to drive the development of tourism,culture,economy and other forms of business.This paper uses research methods such as computer crawler technology,content analysis method and text analysis method to analyze the content of short videos related to the city image of Tiktok,and tries to explore the construction mechanism of Tiktok short videos on the city image of Chongqing,and then explore the communication effect,problems and strategies of "Tiktok" short videos on the city image of Chongqing.The main content of this paper is as follows:(1)Propose the research questions and significance of the paper,conduct a systematic review of domestic and foreign research,and establish the research framework,research methods,innovation points,and shortcomings of this paper.(2)The second chapter is about the current situation of short videos and city image construction and communication.It deeply studies the development of the current information environment and the connotation,communication characteristics and development of Tiktok short videos,as well as their role and impact on city image construction.(3)Taking Chongqing as an example,this paper analyzes its short videos in Tiktok,deconstructs the city image of Tiktok,and analyzes,summarizes and summarizes the city image and city symbols in different dimensions.(4)This paper analyzes the effect of city image construction and communication in Tiktok short videos from the aspects of communication subject,communication content,communication audience and communication effect,and demonstrates and studies its influencing factors.(5)Based on the empirical research,this paper explores the problems in the construction process of Chongqing’s city image in Tiktok short videos,and proposes corresponding strategies.(6)To investigate limitations and improve,a comprehensive analysis and summary of the research presented in this article were conducted.Tiktok’s short videos have built Chongqing’s image of modern fashion,prosperity and economic development,a warm and forthright social image of being in power for the people,a City of Gastronomy,an open and inclusive cultural image,a magic mountain city,and an ecological and livable environment.Tiktok’s short videos have raised the problems of too diverse city image symbols,lack of refinement of city spirit connotation,and low loyalty of city brands when building city images,To promote urban image,it is necessary to grasp the integration of historical and contemporary elements,cultural and technological elements,regional characteristics,and national commonalities. |
