After decades of development,embedded systems have largely changed people's lives,work and entertainment,and these changes are still accelerating.Embedded systems have numerous categories,each with its own unique personality,for example,MP3,digital cameras and printers are very different.The car more than a number of embedded systems,the car is lighter,cleaner,easier to drive.In order to better play the concept of embedded system theory guiding role,as well as in the next tide of things,it can play a greater role.Through the specific embedded system product development process to visually show the concept of embedded systems,it is a very meaningful exploration.At the same time proposed in the embedded system product design and development process,there must be a balanced,moderate philosophy.This paper expounds the design and development of embedded system products by elaborating the concrete design and development ideas of garment conveyor belt.Through this process,the embedded system products reflect the importance of hardware and software design and development,and the balance between the two.In the hardware design,the system uses the dsPIC30F5015 as the main control chip,the full use of the chip comes with peripheral functions,so that the development of peripheral circuits become simple,fast,and greatly reduce the peripheral debugging time.In the control algorithm,the fuzzy control strategy is added to the PID control,and the fuzzy PID control is realized.And in the design,we used a hierarchical,sub-module design ideas,to facilitate the development and debugging of the code.Through the test of the prototype,the equipment basically meet the design requirements of the development.Through the specific design and develop process,to show the embedded system theory and the concept of great significance.Embedded theory can standardize the design and development process,so that the design ideas clear and clear.
