As a rapid developing technology, computer intelligent control has played a more important role and potential power nowadays, especially with the more increasing complicated industry control systems.The topic, study of optimized fuzzy-PID control based on convey system driven by linear motor, is mainly discussed in this article. Because of its peculiarity, the linear motor performed better than rotary motor in the control systems when the moving route is linear. Based on deep research on the theory and application of traditional PID control and fuzzy control, and compared its advantages with disadvantages, we adopt fuzzy PID control to the project.For the inherent bug in designing fuzzy controller, we optimized it with the genetic algorithm, which is more popular in the optimizing algorithm domain. We designed genetic algorithm toolbox, and gave the simulation of the control system under the optimized fuzzy PID control, the result showed better performance with rapid response and preferable robustness to the random disturbance.Based on the analysis and research to the status quo of domestic and international solid warehouse, we put forward a new design for solid warehouse with carrying equipment as linear motor, and designed the computer control system including the position and velocity testing circuit of the linear motor, the software of fuzzy PID control and speed regulated by frequency conversion, control the speed by intelligent power module (IPM). We designed the main computer program with the function of system monitor, data communication and solid warehouse managing database.
