Along with DSP and the power electronic device's development, the frequency conversion velocity modulation technology has become many emerging technological progresses the prime motors, specially has the real-time signal processor's motor control special-purpose component's quotation, causes to obtain a more and more widespread application by the frequency changer power supply asynchronous machine control system. DSP has the strong data-handling capacity and the fast data processing speed, realizes the control algorithm by DSP, the big simplified hardware, reduced the cost, increased system's control precision and the reliability.In the traditional PID control algorithm's foundation, the present paper elaborated the fuzzy-PID compound control algorithm's general theory, proposed the frequency conversion velocity modulation system's control plan, and establishes its mathematical model. In the Matlab/Simulink software platform, with its module storehouse construction asynchronous machine frequency conversion velocity modulation system's simulation model, the use fuzzy-PID control's algorithm and the test parameter carries on the simulation testing, the simulation testing indicated that this systems control performance and the precision are good.This topic conducts the research to the three-phase asynchronous machine speed closed loop exchange frequency conversion velocity modulation system, has designed the corresponding software and hardware control system. This system take TI Corporation's electrical machinery special-purpose control chip TMS320LF2407A DSP as a core, has designed the electric current switching circuit and the voltage circuit, and its and three-phase asynchronous machine, electro-optical encoder, speed detector set, frequency changer composition closed loop exchange frequency conversion velocity modulation system. Has carried on the fuzzy-PID compound control experiment, confirmed this method control fast performance index to surpass the PID control algorithm.
