In today's society,the motor plays a major role in the production of power and drive.There is no doubt that the position of the motor in the industrial production is very important.With the development of modern industry,production equipment is developing toward the direction of complexity,large scale,automation and high power.The motor also has the trend of high power,large volume and high price.Although the modern large-scale motor production equipment has improved greatly in production efficiency,and saves a lot of manpower and material resources.At the same time,the cost of equipment maintenance has been greatly increased,and the losses caused by equipment failures have also increased in multiples.According to the relevant investigation,many production equipments in our country have brought considerable economic losses to enterprises due to the breakdown of large motors.The social effects and other economic losses caused by accidents are immeasurable.In order to ensure the safe operation and maintenance management of equipment,it is necessary to monitor the safety operation of large motors in real time.The author visited the Handan washing plant in Jizhong energy Fengfeng Group.A coal slurry pump motor has been found in the production workshop of the coal preparation plant,75KW/380 V.The motor has a great influence on production,so it is necessary to monitor the motor in real time.According to the actual situation,aiming at the expensive motors,the embedded motor safety operation monitoring system is put forward to solve the practical problems.The main work and research contents are as follows:1.The main parameters to describe the safe operation of the motor are analyzed by referring to the relevant reference of the motor.The main objective and content of the system design are put forward.2.The system uses the 32 bit microcontroller STM32 based on ARM-Cortex-M3 kernel which is introduced by the company ST as microcontroller,and combines the hardware and software modules to build the motor safety operation monitoring system.3.In the aspect of hardware,the circuit of each function module of the system is completed.The platinum resistance thermometer module and AC sampling electronic physical quantity module of Holzer element is the main part.In the temperature measuring circuit,the bridge temperature measuring circuit and constant current source temperature measurement are analyzed and compared,and finally the bridge temperature measuring circuit is selected.In the electronic physical quantity sampling circuit,the Holzer component principle is applied reasonably,and the absolute value circuit and the zero comparator circuit are combined.The design of electronic physical quantity collection circuit,such as voltage,current and power factor,is completed.4.In the software aspect,the circuit module is successfully simulated by using Proteus software.Altium Designer software is used to draw circuit schematics and PCB boards.MDK5.14 is used as the software development platform to complete the writing and debugging of the related drivers.The main contents include all kinds of A/D drivers,communication module drivers,LCD display modules drivers,etc.Especially at the point of innovation,the precision of AC sampling value is completely composite,and the detailed data of sampling 50,100 and 200 times are recorded.5.Finally,the FameView configuration monitoring management software is developed reasonably,and good human-computer interaction function is achieved.The main functions are: data reports,history curves,interfaces,remote transmission and so on.On the whole,the main parameters of large motor are monitored in real time.
