Research And Implementation Of Big Data Service Platform For Strategic Consulting

Strategic consulting is an independent intellectual group composed of experts with professional knowledge and familiarity with consulting business.It comprehensively uses scientific knowledge and experience to provide consulting results and intellectual services for customers,including government and enterprises.Traditional strategic consulting services are unable to handle the Internet big data environment with information overload.Data speaking,precise positioning,and fast response have become the basic demands.Therefore,strategic consulting urgently needs to seek innovation from the service model and import data-driven methods.Through the combination of consulting experts with big data and intelligent tools,we can improve the efficiency of strategic consulting services.The big data service platform for strategic consulting is provided for consulting experts.Based on massive data,it is a simple and easy-to-use consulting aid tool.It should have the following three properties:The functional process is engineered,and the steps cannot be dispersed like traditional scientific consulting;Unified management of data resources,the structure of massive data from different sources are different.Therefore,the platform must be able to organize data resources in a unified manner;Simple and fast visualization.Massive data leads to low efficiency of visual map drawing in traditional consulting methods.Therefore,the platform should reduce the use threshold and provide a fast visualization method to provide high-quality consulting strategies.However,in most of the current scientific consulting services,there are still problems and challenges that have not formed an engineering process for the new service model,redundant and scattered industry information and data,and excessive human dependence:At present,most strategic consulting services still follow the traditional model.The steps of data search,expert analysis,and report writing are scattered.The processes between the steps are not smooth and information is easy to be lost;The current industry information and data island phenomenon is severe,and the classification scope is vague,making it difficult to share and use scientific and technological data;Most data visualizations have good plug-in support.However,the ecological map describing the industrial distribution can only rely on manual layout.In view of the above problems and challenges,this article focuses on the research and analysis of the technology consulting big data service platform and completes the research and implementation of the platform.The main research contents are as follows:1)A set of top-level architectures for unified data resource management of big data for strategic consulting is proposed and implemented,aiming to solve the problem of massive and multiple sources of heterogeneity of big data.Provide certain theoretical support and reference value;2)Propose and implement an algorithm for automatic layout of logo images oriented to ecological map visualization,which is used to solve the problem that the ecological map relies too much on manual layout,and improves the efficiency of the technology consulting service platform;3)Propose a new service model of data-driven engineering platform for strategic consulting,and design and implement a Web-based strategic consulting big data service platform based on the above two research contents.Establish a full-process engineering service platform for strategic consulting experts,quickly and accurately provide consulting experts with convincing analysis results and improve the efficiency and insight of strategic consulting services.The article finally takes the Internet e-commerce field as an example to show the application effect of the platform and ensure its effectiveness and practicality.
