Research On The Construction Of The Information Service Platform Of The Local Think Tank Alliance

In January 2015,the general office of the CPC central committee and the general office of the state council issued the opinions on strengthening the construction of new think tanks with Chinese characteristics,which brought the development of local think tank alliances in China to a peak.The local think tank alliance is an important part of China's diversified think tank system.The information service platform of the local think tank alliance is a modern network platform connecting the local think tank alliance with regional users.The information service platform of the local think tank alliance is rooted in the grassroots,and the corresponding internal researchers are familiar with the local situation,so the research on local policies is more targeted and effective.The construction of information service platform of local think tank alliance can not only keep up with the trend of diversified construction of China's current think tank information service platform,but also help local think tank alliance to release research results of local characteristic subjects efficiently and quickly,and provide multi-directional information acquisition sources for regional users.This paper firstly conducts a questionnaire survey on the public and conducts a survey on the information service platform of the local think tank alliance in combination with landing and visiting the eight established information service platforms of the local think tank alliance in China,and analyzes the main problems existing in the current information service platform of the local think tank alliance in China.Secondly,the paper expounds the feasibility of constructing local think-tank union information service platform and the necessity and the goals and objectives for a platform to build,and from two aspects: platform itself and platform user platform requirements questionnaire survey analysis,to analyze the platform overall architecture,page layout,four building elements such as modules,functional requirements;Finally,the significance of building the information service platform security mechanism of the local think tank alliance is illustrated and Suggestions for improvement are put forward.
