This system platform using Microsoft SQL Server2000 + JBuilder + Tomcat development tools, with a cross-platform Java language advantages, is based on JSP + Servlet + JavaBean the MVC model, which using Tomcat that highly integrated visualization platform with JBuilder development platform integration,deal with general business information platform design for the engineering consulting industry.In accordance with the characteristics of engineering consulting industry, this article also aid one of the analytical tools that Investment Estimation to research and analyse and model and program design on this basis, finally embedded in an integrated business platform for treatment module by the form of procedures to Applet, which integrate the implementation of Investment Estimation and system platform together.
