Changchun Changsheng Vaccine Event:The Research Of Construction On Public Sphere Through Wechat Public Platform

As the most popular social software at present,Wechat's important function,the number of users of Wechat Public platform is also increasing.It has become a new position for the public to express public opinion.It provides a virtual public communication place for the public,thus to some extent,it is in line with Habermas' s public sphere.Through the theoretical overview of the public sphere,this paper explores the relationship between the media and the public sphere,analyses the different media characteristics of the public sphere formed in different periods,explores the characteristics of the traditional media and the network media in the construction of the public sphere,and focuses on the comparison of the different characteristics of Wechat and Weibo in the construction of the public sphere under the new media environment.According to the theoretical basis of building public sphere,this paper explores the possibility of constructing public sphere by Wechat public platform,and reproduces the process of building public sphere by Wechat public platform through empowerment theory,which embodies the characteristics of rationality,specialization,pertinence,looseness and temporariness in building public sphere.This paper chooses Changchun Changsheng Vaccine Incident as an emergency public event to analyze the formation process of public opinion.According to the number of comments,comments and comments of Wechat public platform Document,the role of Wechat public platform in different stages of public opinion is analyzed.It proves that Wechat public platform has the possibility of constructing the public sphere.It promotes the formation of issues,the formation of views and ultimately affects public decision-making.Policy plays an important role.In addition,through questionnaires,this paper analyses the problems of public domain construction of Wechat public platform and finds that the influence of the public on agenda setting is weak;"Title Party" pollutes the public domain environment of the network;the influence of Wechat public platform on citizens' risk perception;and there are some irrational expressions.To solve these problems,the public need to improve their media literacy,the government need to timely dredge public opinion,eliminate prejudices and so on.Nowadays,Wechat public platform plays an important role in people's participation in public affairs.It is conducive to citizens' infiltration into public space and the further development of democratic process.Therefore,it should be developed more.This paper hopes to explore the possibility of constructing public domain by analyzing specific public emergencies,and summarize its characteristics,so as to enrich the research on public domain of Wechat.
