Adhering to the Social insurance policy of "recording a lifetime,servicing a lifetime and guaranteeing a lifetime",Shaanxi Province has taken the lead in realizing the province's overall planning for urban employee pension insurance,and covers the number of people participating in the five major types of insurance:pension,medical care,work injury,unemployment and maternity.It is also growing year by year,and the traditional social security business approach must shift to modern informationization."Internet +" quickly promoted the development and application of e-government systems,and the design and implementation project of employment introduction and information management system was the subj ect of R&D and application in the context of "Internet+human resources social security".For the province's freelance social insurance contributions must be unified to the problem of the Career Center,to facilitate the payment of fees for freelancers,to facilitate the collection of funds for the management of the employment agencies,to promote the real estate management agencies to grasp the fund collection of the Career Center in real time In the case of circumventing the situation of the "stagnation" social insurance fund of the agency.It is entrusted by the Provincial Employment Guidance Center to research and develop the employment information management system.Based on the full understanding of the National Human Resources and Social Security Department(hereinafter referred to as the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security)and the relevant policies of Shaanxi Province,based on the system engineering ideas and methods,firstly investigated and analyzed the demand for business in Shaanxi Province and optimized the business,completed the system requirements analysis and summary design;then refers to the third edition of the informationization core platform recommended by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Sciences,based on the J2EE framework,adopts the B/S/S three-tier system model,and combines the MVC pattern,the Struts model and the WebLogic middle.The system adopts Java programming language to realize interface interaction and business processing.Based on XML,the communication between Client and Server is realized.The database design adopts ORACLE data storage technology to realize front-end data presentation and background data storage backup.The system was launched in August 2016,and the proj ect implementation was coordinated.After more than half a year of hard work,through testing and trial operation acceptance,the system has been put into operation in the pilot area.The user reflects that the system is stable and efficient,with perfect functions and good performance.The system fulfills the province's more than 1.1 million freelance enrollment registration,payment,treatment and more than 100 agencies to collect premium management,improve the overall service level,which next provides the plateform basis for the province's social network "internet+government services" docking.
