Application Of Data Collection Using Double Bar Code In Condiment Production Line

As the market competition becomes more and more fierce, if the condiment industry want to development, the first problem is to change its old and laggard plant supervision, then join the system of collecting barcode technology. At the same time, we work over all the collected data and print the needed reports for the administrators.On the base of characteristic and flavoring product technology, we research the equipment of collecting double barcode. Except using two laser scanners to read barcode, we also add one photoelectric switch for the problem of error code.At the same time, the system was developed with Visual Basic 6.0 development tool, kept the collected data in the database of SQL. this paper introduces the software of system and flow chart of error code, and main module functions, the calculate of reports, especially about piece rate. There are fours phases in establishing database, and constitute data forms corresponding to actual information.At last, this paper introduces the appearing problems while debugging and present a whole solving scheme, which has proved to be valid in practice. The project has many advantages such as up to date technology, stabilization, little cost and so on. It must be extended and widely applied in the condiment industries.
