Design And Implementation Of The Control System For A Teaching Oriented Flexible Production Line With Automated Inspection

Flexible production line in advanced society is more and more attention,because it can not only on behalf of today's industrial automation,also marks the modern industry,therefore more attention.The teaching equipment of flexible production line are researched and developed in this general trend,to train technical personnel maintaining,repairing and debugging the flexible production line for enterprises.In this paper,the research of flexible teaching system,In this paper,the research of flexible teaching system describes in detail the supervision of a related production line process,which achieves the process control and monitoring of the system.(I)To makes the general design of the flexible production line teaching equipment.This system can not only cultivate the students' comprehensive ability,but is more close to the actual production line.(II)To design the control system of the related equipment,including pneumatic control system,electric control system and power supply circuit.(III)To design the each unit of related lines,of which the electric control is the key.The units include the positioning control,speed control and the I/O wiring diagram of the sorting module;the robot manipulator control,the stepper motor drive circuit and I/O wiring diagram of the handling processing module;the logistics information monitoring,the stacker control and I/O wiring diagram of the stereoscopic warehouse module;and so on.(IV)In this paper,PLC is used as the controller and the control system is the core part.In order to realize the powerful control function of the flexible system,this research makes uses of program to realize the specific process by using the excellent numerical computing power and data processing capacity.Through the simulation and debugging,the system designed by the paper proves to run properly.
