The main purpose of implementing a signal-oriented automated test system is to achieve interchangeability of test instruments and portability of test procedures.Moreover,the development of signal-oriented automatic test system based on Linux operating system has good development potential and application prospects.The resource modeling tool is an important part of the signal-oriented automatic test system.The main function is to realize the modeling of the resources of the automatic test system,and provide the same test resource description to different test programs.The hardware device that implements the automatic test system is used.Separation from the software platform to improve the versatility of the automated test software platform.In this paper,according to the Automatic Test Markup Language(ATML),an automatic test system resource modeling tool is designed and implemented under the Linux operating system and Qt development framework.To summarize the full text,analyze the main work content of this paper,which can be divided into the following points:First of all,this paper studies the ATML standard family and the IEEE1671 "point" standard,and analyzes the element structure and element content in the resource description document in detail,and standardizes the resource description document.Study the description standard of the five resource parts of the tested equipment,adapter,test station,test instrument and test configuration in the ATML standard family,study the element structure and content,and understand the overall structure and content of the resource description file of each XML document format.This paper combines the IEEE1671 standard with the XML language to generate an XML format resource description document conforming to the IEEE1671 standard.Secondly,this paper uses Qt development framework to develop,design and implement the information input of test resources and the generation and preservation of XML documents in a graphical way.In the development process of graphical resource description software,object-oriented ideas are applied to program,and the process of generating each resource description document is separated.Then,this paper selects the domestic Damen database to store the generated resource description file.The database table is designed according to the resource description file,and the operation interface of the modeling software and the database is encapsulated,and the resource description document in XML format is imported into the database.Finally,by modeling the resource of an ATE,it is verified that the resource modeling software has the characteristics of good performance,stability,usability,easy to learn and use.The generated XML document conforms to the standard specification and meets the requirements of the resource modeling tool.
