The automatic test system first appears in the military field.Now it has been widely used in military and civilian fields.However,the automatic test system still has problems such as poor portability of test suites and weak information sharing ability.Therefore,the industry proposes a series of specifications such as ATML(Automatic Test Markup Language)and STD(Signal and Test Definition Standard)to realize the model description of the automatic test system.The model information includes test models such as test instruments,adapters,and measured objects.The standard unified test model description improves the sharing and interaction ability of test information between test systems and is beneficial to realize the portability of test program.It is the basis for realizing the reconfigurable technology of automatic test systems.Therefore,this thesis conducts in-depth research on the standard description method and modeling implementation of the test model of the automatic test system.The main research work of the thesis is as follows:1)Study standard description method and modeling implementation of measured object entities,test sequence,adapter,and test instrument.The current reconfigurable test technology and standard description methods of measured object entity,test sequence,adapter and test instrument.The thesis proposes the corresponding XML(Extensible Markup Language)element model structure.A test model modeling software is developed,through which the test model information is edited and the test model is encapsulated into an XML description file.2)Research test resource allocation methodDesign a method for automatic matching of test instrument and a test path search algorithm.Based on the model description files of the measured object entity,test sequence,test instrument,and adapter,automatic matching method is achieved between test requirement and test instrument.3)Verify model description method and instrument automatic matching algorithmA hardware adapter is developed and a test hardware platform is built.The on-board finished product is used as the object to be tested to establish its entity and test sequence description file.The hardware platform analyzes the test sequence file to obtain the test requirement from the test action,and then determines the instrument resources from the test instrument description file.It drives the instrument to complete the on-board finished product.The unified standardized test information description file lays the foundation for the portable test suite,and the XML language modeling improves the development efficiency of the automatic test system modeling.The method of automatic allocation of instrument resources improves the resource allocation efficiency and test efficiency of the system test instrument.The hardware platform verifies the test model standard method and automatic allocation of the validity and feasibility by examples.
