With the rapid development of electronic information technology and microwave theory and technology,the technology of RF transceiver components has a wide range of applications in military or civilian markets.The transceiver component is the integrated component of the receiving channel transmission channel.It is located at the back end of the communication or radar system,and the front end of the signal processing,which amplifies,mixes,filters and processes the signal.As an important part of information communication,the performance of the transceiver components often determines the quality of the entire system.In this paper,the theoretical research and design of multi-channel high isolation transceiver components are carried out.Firstly,on the basis of reading and referring to related literatures,the historical development of transceiver components is discussed,and the research trends of transceiver components at home and abroad are introduced.Then this paper discusses the parameter indicators involved in the transceiver components,and analyzes these parameters.It also introduces the realization scheme of the transceiver component and various components required for the implementation scheme,and studies the parameter indexes and influences of each component.The research on these indicators and devices has laid a theoretical foundation for the design and manufacturing work.In this paper,the whole transceiver component is divided into four key units in the scheme design,which are the transmitting unit,the receiving unit,the local oscillator link unit and the power unit.The transmitting unit is a unit that converts a 31.25 MHz signal to a 500 MHz signal by up-conversion and has a channel.The receiving unit is an intermediate frequency signal that downconverts a 500 MHz signal to 31.25 MHz,and the receiving unit has four channels.The local oscillator link unit is a unit that provides a local oscillator 468.75 MHz signal for the entire transceiver assembly.The power unit provides DC power to the various components in the entire assembly.Such a division function structure is clear and clear,and is easy to design,assemble and maintain.In the process of design.The design and device selection of the solution are required by the given index.The layout of the PCB is drawn by Altium Designer and CAD on the basis of the design.The test results show that the transceiver channel meets the requirement of 10 dB gain,the spur and harmonic suppression are greater than 60 dBc,and the isolation between each channel is also greater than 80 dB.It also provides a reference for other similar designs.
