Transceiver components usually refers to the part before the signal processing,and the part after the communication or the radar antenna system,is located in the front of the whole system.Microwave transceiver widely used in missile guidance system,radar and electronic countermeasures,is the core part of the system.It implements the selection of effective signal and amplify transformation,directly influences the whole performance of the receiving system,has a good application prospect.As the miniaturization of radar system,diversification,transceiver module also to miniaturization,lightweight,high reliability direction.Due to different performance requirements in radar system,transceiver module of the complexity of the actual composition and the specific circuit is not the same,but the basic principles of composition block diagram and similar,mainly by the receiving channel,transformation channel,the local oscillator and power conversion,etc.In this paper,we study a kind of work in Ku band dual channel microwave transceiver module,based on the application of environmental characteristics and demands in a component implementation of two channel signal switching selection,select channel signal receiving and launch functions performed at the same time.Transceiver module development process,from theoretical analysis,the receiving channel,transmission channel and the main technical indexes of this source,compares the transceiver module of different structure,the overall scheme of the transceiver components for the system design,determine the components of the system construction;Then an EDA simulation tool is adopted to carry out detailed simulation design of each unit circuit,such as low noise source and launch switch.Finally,the test receiving gain is 35.5 dB,the phase noise reaches 93dBc,the switch isolation is greater than 80dB,and the output power reaches 30dBm,which can meet the design requirements.By the end of the article to the transceiver components are introduced,the application of the transceiver module is used for radio fuse system,can be effective on radio signal capture fast recognition,has good practical significance.
