Millimeter wave device popularizes in modern military field,especially in airborne radar and missile guidance,due to its wide bandwidth,good directionality,strong antiinterference ability,high resolution,small volume,low power.Continuous wave radar system is easier to achieve miniaturization and solid.And more suitable for the future direction of military development.However,in single antenna continuous wave radar the transceiver channels lack of isolation so that the RF signal power leakage problem has been restricting its development.In order to overcome this problem,in the past few decades,people put forward various solutions,along with the development of millimeter wave MMIC technology,millimeter wave RF cancellation technology shows its advantage.Based on the background,RF cancellation technology has studied in-depth in this thesis.Through the design,manufacture,atesting,a set of W band RF cancellation function with high isolation T/R components has been finished.At the first paragraph of this thesis,the characteristics and application status of domestic and overseas of millimeter wave T/R component with high isolation are outlined,then briefly introduced the main contents of this thesis.Second paragraph presents mechanism and main problem(signal leakage)of FMCW radar,and introduces some solutions for signal leakage especial the RF cancellation solution that used in this thesis.At the following paragraph,some components of whole circuit are designed simulated and tested,including fin-line transition with transition loss less than 1.5dB,3dB and 10 dB branch line coupler,waveguide ferrite circulator with isolation more than 20 dB and I/Q vector modulator.Next paragraph shows the results of each module and the test data of the whole circuit.The test results show that the I / Q vector modulator of the feedthrough module has good modulation performance,which can realize 360 o phase modulation range and wide amplitude modulation range.The cancellation depth of the system within the range of 93.75-94.25 GHz in the working bandwidth is 40 dB or so.The last section are conclusion and expectation of this thesis.
