A Study Of Discourse Changes In Health Reform Report Of Health News Since Reform And Opening Up

The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly points out that the basic medical and health system,medical security system and medical and health service system with Chinese characteristics should be established in an all-round way.China's reform and opening up has gone through 40 years,and China's health care reform has gone through 40 years.During this period,how the news media presented medical reports and what role they played can not be ignored.As for China's medical reform,the country took a series of measures at the beginning of the founding of the People's Republic of China,but it was not until the time of reform and opening up that the real meaning of medical reform began.Therefore,this paper focuses on the social reality of the topic of "medical reform".Through the analysis of the medical reform reports of "Health Daily" from 1978 to2018,this paper elaborates the overall changes in its reports,and analyses No.At the same time,the characteristics of news reporting discourse on medical and health reform are presented.The changes in China's health care reform are manifested in the following aspects: from the original "stethoscope,sphygmomanometer,thermometer" to "B-mode ultrasonography,spiral CT,blood gas analyzer",from barefoot doctors to family doctors,from rural clinics to medical associations,and now condensed into a "three-doctor linkage" reform idea,pointing to healthy China.It can be said that the rapid development of China's medical and health undertakings has promoted the development and progress of China's economy and society.The well-being of people's livelihood,like the flowering of sesame seeds,shows a state of high festivity,and also makes the people's expectations for health services continue to strengthen.Especially after the "New Medical Reform",from the beginning of comprehensive reform at the grass-roots level to the municipal and county public hospitals,then to the large-scale public hospitals in the city,from the top-level design of the country to the independent innovation of the local government,the battles of attack and hardship continue to sound while emphasizing the "three medical linkages",which promotes the medical reform of our country to move towards a new journey.This paper uses Van Dick's and Norman Fairclough's discourse theory andDiscourse Change Theory to study the discourse change of the health newspaper's medical reform report.The article mainly develops in three levels in an orderly way.First,from the text level,that is,the first level,the macro-micro discourse analysis is carried out on the sample,so that the discourse sample of the health newspaper's medical reform report can be seen intuitively.The changes of words and sentences in the past 40 years;secondly,through the investigation of agenda setting and intertextuality from the perspective of discourse practice,this paper explores a series of changes that have taken place in the past 40 years;thirdly,it analyses the expression of discourse text in social practice,including the power of behavior and construction,and summarizes the changes of discourse text in the medical reform report,which manifests itself in following the national policy constantly.Practice plays a supporting role.
