| With the continuous development of the social economy,people's material living standards continue to improve,and more and more attention is paid to health issues.Audiences get information through the media,and healthy news reports from the media can have an impact on the lives of the audience.Therefore,engaging in health report research is very important.From the perspective of constructivism,this article takes the front-page report text of Health News since 2007 as the research object,and uses content analysis and discourse analysis to explore the topic construction and evolution of the front page of Health News.Research questions include:(1)What kind of issues have been constructed in the front page of Health News?(2)How does the front page of Health News construct the issue?(3)What factors affect the construction of the topic reported on the front page of Health News? By combing the relevant texts of the Health News,analyze the historical context of the development of China's health activities,and provide historical mirrors for current and future health activities and health policy development.The full text consists of six chapters,consisting of three parts,which are introduction,discussion and conclusion.The first part is the introduction,which mainly reviews and introduces the research background,research significance,research summary,theoretical basis,core concept and research design.The second part is the discussion part,which is the core part of this paper,including the first chapter,the second chapter,the third chapter and the fourth chapter.The first chapter mainly answers the first question raised in this study.What kind of health issues have been constructed in the front page of Health News? It mainly analyzes the sources,themes,genres,sources of facts,the keynotes of news reports and the geographical scope of the news reports.The second chapter and the third chapter jointly answered the second question raised in this study.The front page of the Health News reported on the construction of the topic,mainly from the aspects of structure and discourse.The fourth chapter summarizes the three aspects of the overall evolution,deficiencies and inspirations of the topic construction of the front page of Health News.The fifth chapter answers the third question raised in this study,which is the influence of the factors on the front page of the Health News,which are mainly analyzed from the aspects of politics,science and technology,national concept and health communication.Further explore the power behind the construction of health issues.The third part is the conclusion.The arguments in this paper are clearly summarized and generalized,and the inadequacies of this research are also reflected.This article analyzes the texts of the front page of Health News from 2007 to 2018 in terms of content,structure and discourse.The study found that the front page of Health News has the following characteristics in the change of the topic: First,Reporting issues are timeless.Second,the tone of the report tends to be rational.However,the Health News is not comprehensive in the construction of health issues,and has not yet positioned health issues as a social issue that has a general impact on the public.The study found that the Health News has some shortcomings in the construction of public health issues: First,the construction of health issues is limited.Second,the discourse of the construction of health issues is unbalanced.Third,the mentality of constructing health issues is too singular.To this end,in order to improve the level of health reporting in China,the author believes that it is first necessary to objectively and comprehensively construct health issues.Second,we must balance the media discourse power of multiple subjects.Finally,there must be flexible and diverse reporting thinking.The health issues of the front page of the Health News report have the above characteristics,which are mainly affected by factors such as national health policy,medical technology,national health concept and health communication. |
