Research On The Micro Service Of Public Libraries In Three Provinces Of Northeast China

Since the beginning of the 21 st century,science and technology have been constantly updated,means of communication have been constantly improved,and new media technologies such as Internet,digital media,television have developed rapidly.(4G Network has brought us into a new era of "Internet plus" with science and technology advancing with each passing day.The ever-improving Internet offers endless possibilities for the development of human beings.)As an important part of public cultural services,libraries are embracing new things with higher sensibility,which is good to introduce the concept of promoting the development of public cultural services,break the traditional service modes that restrained by time and space,turn passivity into initiative,and better meet the public's demand for library cultural services.With the development of the times,the focal point of the work of public libraries has gradually shifted from the construction of traditional sing.document resources to that of pluralistic public cultural services.It is urgent to improve aspects of giving full play to the advantages of the existing collection,changing service mode with the help of new media and new technology,improving service level,and providing service which is friendlier,benefit and close to the public.In view of the above mentioned facts,this paper focuses on the research and analysis of the micro-service status of the sub-provincial libraries in three provinces of northeast China based on that of the national sub-provincial libraries by taking methods of literature research,comparative analysis,network survey and statistical analysis.By means of using the influence index of Weixin and Weibo to calculate,analyze data and then evaluate its content and effect to find out bottleneck of the micro-service of the sub-provincial libraries in the three northeast provinces and put forward the future development strategy in terms of the current situation,it is hope to provide theoretical and practical basis for the micro-service of sub-provincial libraries in three provinces of northeast China to improve the public cultural service work and promote the sustainab.development of regional public cultural services in three provinces of northeast China.
