With the development of digital technology,the mobile terminal devices with smart phones as the representative have been widely used in people's lives,and people's way of reading has gradually shifted from paper reading to digital reading.According to the 15 th National Reading Survey,more than 20% of people in China have a habit of listening to books in 2017.In digital reading,audio reading has become a new growth point and the mobile audio APP has become the mainstream choice for listening to books.Driven by the market demand,audio publishing industry has developed rapidly.The content providers of the upstream of the publishing industry chain and the content consumers of the downstream have been connected through building an Internet platform to integrate the resources of audio publishing industry and a multi-platform and diversified development mode has been formed.With the rapid development of audio publishing industry,the audio publishing platform has presented the trend of a blowout type development and the development of the platform has promoted the further development of audio publishing industry.Therefore,it is of important practical significance for the development of platform innovation and the overall development of the publishing industry to explore the strategy of future development of audio publishing platform in China.This paper took the audio publishing platform in China as the main research object and summarized the generation,process of development and characteristics of audio publishing platform in China.It took Himalayan FM platform as the main case and had a comprehensive comparison of Qingting FM platform,Lizhi FM platform,Netease Cloud Music and some other audio publishing platforms with the methods of case study and interview.In this paper,the development status and the existing problems in the audio publishing platform in China were analyzed from the three dimensions of content construction,marketing model and user experience.In addition,this paper considered the trend of technology development and social andcultural background,and put forward the development strategy for the audio publishing platform in China.
