The Design Of An Intelligent Security Test System For High Speed Circuit Board Based On FPGA

As more and more electronic products play an important role in people's lives,people have put forward higher requirements for the intelligent manufacturing of electronic products,especially in the intelligent testing of circuit boards.Traditional test methods are so inefficient and complicated that test engineers need to spend a lot of time and use a large number of equipments to test.And it is easy to cause leakage of key technical data during the test.Nowadays technology is changing with each passing day,electronic products are also updating faster and faster.Therefore,it is necessary to design an efficient and intelligent circuit board test system.Based on the dedicated circuit board,the author designed an intelligent security test system which has the function of electrical parameters test,circuit board function test,program remote download,electrical parameters and program protection.The author independently designed the hardware platform of the test system,and proposed the electrical parameter test scheme based on FPGA,MCU,current detection chip and high-speed comparator,and completed the network data protection scheme based on Ethernet PHY and DDR2.The author has solved a series of problems,such as high-speed circuit signal integrity,power integrity and mechanical installation during the schematic design and PCB design of the hardware system.In this paper,MCU is used to realize the functions of electrical parameter acquisition and communication with the host computer.FPGA is used to realize the function of network data communication,IP interception of network data packets,static NAT and ARP protocol filtering to ensure network data security during production.The test system is also equipped with the Web host software for displaying test parameters and sending test commands.The interface of host software is friendly and it is easy to operate.The test system designed in this paper has the characteristics of intelligence,high efficiency,high precision,security,low cost,etc.,which reduces the repetitive work of testers.And especially it provides a solution for small and medium-sized enterprises,for the intelligent test of hardware circuits which are designed by thenselves independently.
