In terms of knowledge-based large enterprises,it is an important aspect of enterprise management to achieve efficient collaborative office and promote the rapid development of business.R & D team members,as the typical representative of knowledge-based large enterprises,were taken as the object in the research,to study its collaborative office demands and user experience.The desktop client application of collaborative office obtained in the research not only satisfies the basic collaborative office demands of the R & D team members of this knowledge-based large enterprise,but also pays more attention to ease of use and pleasure,which can improve office efficiency and create the pleasant office atmosphere.This paper first studied the present situation and research status of the collaborative office desktop client application of knowledge-based large enterprises,and analyzed the user experience and existing problems of the collaborative office desktop client application of the existing knowledge-based large enterprises.Secondly,based on the basic characteristic factors of the R & D team members of this knowledge-based large enterprise,the work scene and behavior patterns of the R & D team members of the knowledge-based large enterprise were investigated through questionnaire,observation and interview methods,to excavate users' demands.On the research basis of user demands,the hierarchical user experience target of collaborative office of knowledge-based large enterprise was put forward,according to which,the situation analysis was carried out around the characteristics of the primary users,to further obtain the requirement definition and functional structure of the collaborative office application of knowledge-based large enterprises.Finally,the interaction flow design and interface prototype frame design were carried out around the group-chat channel,chat robot,video conference and intelligent search,and the usability evaluation and design optimization were also carried out for the design scheme.Based on users' demand levels for the product,that is,basic office demand,high-efficiency office demand and emotional office demand,the paper put forward three stages of user experience from low to high: availability,ease of use and pleasure,together to form the hierarchical user experience target of collaborative office of the knowledge-based large enterprise.The collaborative office application design based on the hierarchical user experience meets the users' psychological expectation,which has brought the higher level of experience to users and increased the satisfaction of them,on the basis of satisfying their basic demands.
