Today, scientists important task is to design a knowledge management as the core of the cooperative office system to make better use of various large and medium enterprises to achieve real office automation. This article design collaborative office systems, mainly through the various personnel in the enterprise, between the various departments, personnel and communication between departments, collecting valid information in order to achieve the enterprise’s overall management objectives, increase business economic efficiency, and improving office efficiency.
