Research On The Availability Of Collaborative Office Platform For Small And Medium-sized Enterprises Based Onemotional Experience

In the context of continuous advancement in technology and continuous development of mobile Internet technologies,including the steady advancement of communications and mobile terminal equipment,the living standards of people have changed a lot.The Internet has closely linked with people's lives and has changed the style and quality of our life.In the Internet era,people can obtain a variety of information through terminal devices such as mobile phones to meet their needs in daily office work and entertainment.The ways in daily office work have also undergone major changes in this state,gradually changing into “mobile office”.For a product,its degree of usability is an important criterion for judging its quality.Therefore,how to make an accurate evaluation of the availability of a product is also a content that needs to be considered carefully in product design.For SME co-working platform,their usability will directly determine the changes in users' emotion during their usage.This article,based on the perspective of the third party,taking the emotional experience as an entry point,analyzes the relationship between emotional change and usability and builds a corresponding evaluation model to provide some practical reference suggestions for technical development work.In the research of SME collaborative office platform,the concept of emotional experience has played a great role.This article elaborates on the basic definition of emotional experience at first,and puts forward the sources of user emotions and the factors that affect the user's emotional change during the use of the platform,and then constructs an evaluation table of emotional experiences through semantic difference method,and at last calculate the emotional changes ultimately caused by the availability of the platform's main tasks combining the difference between the emotion obtained from the emotional measurement table and the user's initial sentiment value;and then based on the user's actual needs and cognitive and interactive issues,it analyzed the feasibility assessment of the main tasks process of the SME collaborative office platform,started the usability testing of the main process and analyzed the test results to form a linear regression model of emotional experience and usability.Finally,based on the design of the main task flow of availability evaluation system,made a comparison through the available test methods,determined the role and effect of the linear regression model of emotion and availability and at last gave several targeted suggestions on the evaluation of the main tasks of SME collaborative office platform on this basis.
