With the development of information technology and the Internet, the rise of more and more online office, from a personal office in the same place,to a group of off-site online office, people put forward higher requirements for online office. At this point in the user-centered design process, the design object ceases to be an individual and becomes a group. We need to create easier-to-use,more efficient office document platforms for groups. This topic examines the problems encountered by users in document editing, document collaboration, and document management experience in the current document office platform. From the perspective of user experience design, combined with the relevant theories and methods of Computer Supported Cooperative Work(CSCW),this topic deeply explores the real needs of collaborative users in terms of basic functions, collaborative perception, and collaborative psychology under the current situation to create a better experience of collaborative document office platform. This paper explores the interaction design methodology and process of the CSCW online documentation platform in five parts.Firstly, the research background and sources of the topic are elaborated, and the literature research method is used to study the current situation of CSCW and user experience field and accumulate theoretical support. The research pathway and research framework for the thesis is then elaborated.Next,an overview of user experience design theory and CSCW theory is provided, looking for the intersection of the two theories, and a detailed analysis is conducted in conjunction with cases in the document office field to experience the practical application of the theory in real scenarios. Then the pain points of the users are deeply explored through questionnaires, user interviews and other methods. The K-Means algorithm is used to categorize the survey data, fit the classic user image and user experience map, organize the design opportunity points, and determine the priority and importance of user needs.Next, the findings of the theoretical and user research are combined to determine the balance between user experience and CSCW,and to produce an interactive design practice for the CSCW online documentation platform based on user experience, from the information framework, user prototype,low-fidelity interface, detailed interactive operation, visual interface. And the final design results are usability tested to quantify the design effect. Finally, the research ideas and results of this study are systematically explained and the shortcomings are summarized.
