Nowadays force transducers are generally calibrated under static conditions,but many force transducers are applied to dynamic environments.Due to the differences between static and dynamic characteristics of the force transducer,the measurement results may have a large error.However,with the development of science and technology,many industries and research fields,such as Automotive,Aerospace,Robotics,Materials Testing,continuously increase the demand of accuracy of dynamic force measurement.Therefore,this paper focuses on developing the dynamic calibration system and researching the dynamic performance of force transducer under the auspices of the national natural science foundation project(51405437).In order to achieve the high precision dynamic calibration of force transducer,this paper presents a dynamic calibration method for sinusoidal force transducer based on centrifugal principle which obtains from the experiment and research.In addition,corresponding experimental devices and data acquisition system was designed and constructed.Then the dynamic simulation model of calibration system was established in Simulink to verify the feasibility of the experiment.Devised a set of motor control,data acquisition and data processing software,and then the dynamic calibration experiments,the dynamic sensitivity for each frequency point,and using the function fitting to get the law of the dynamic change with frequency sensitivity.The results show that the dynamic sensitivity of the force sensor changes very small in the calibration frequency range.Then,the error of calibration system was analyzed,and feasible measures to reduce the error are put forward.The dynamical parameters of the force transducer are calculated by the method of parameter identification,and the frequency response of the force transducer is obtained,and its high frequency dynamic characteristics are obtained.Then,the whole dynamic model of calibration device was established according to the identification results,and the accuracy of the model was verified with test data.In this paper,the dynamic calibration system of force transducer based on centrifugal principle has a high precision,which can further improve the calibration accuracy in future studies.
