With the development of science and technology, the need for measuring dynamic force have increased in various industrial research applications such as process monitoring, material testing, motion control, crash testing and aeronautics. However many measurement systems are statically calibrated for dynamically uses, causing great deviation. So, high accuracy methods for dynamic force calibration are very important.In this paper, various dynamic force calibration methods using now are discussed. Two new methods for calibrating force transducers based on direct sine force loading and inertia sine force loading is proposed. The design of the measurement system, data acquisition system and data processing system is carried out. The new dynamic force calibration methods represent a new trend in trials on developing dynamic calibration methods and hopefully can provide an advanced and practical calibration system to related areas of our country.The main work completed includes:1. Various dynamic force calibration methods using now are discussed and analyzed.2. Two new methods for calibrating force transducers based on direct sine force loading and inertia sine force loading is presented.3. Data acquisition system is designed which allows real-time acquisition.4. Data processing system is devised which can give a precise solution of dynamic sensitivity of force transducers and the phase shift.5. The experiment setup and system commissioning are carried out successfully.6. The calibration experiment based on direct sine force loading is carried out, and the experiment result is analyzed...
