Medical image system is one of the important part of the hospital information system and it has an irreplaceable function in which doctor's diagnosing,threatening,sugaring,etc.Recently,mobile medical care is become one of the important research direction in the field of medical informatization.Especially,how to create a medical image transmission and display system based mobile terminals is become one of the hottest research topic in the mobile medical care.In order to solve the problems that we have encountered as we tried to use the traditional medical image system with mobile terminals,this thesis studied the main content and the basic grammar of the DICOM standard,the grammar and implementation details of the WADO standard,then exploratively proposed the de sign,which is mobile-based medical image transmission and display system,and used the WADO and HTML5 and other technologies to create it so that it can be used the main mobile browsers such as Chrome and Safari.Based on the DICOM standard,some of the services cannot be applied to the wireless network environment,this paper designed and implemented a WADO middleware to proxy data transmission and exchange between the mobile terminal and the image data server.The query and acquisition of the image data by the mobile terminal sends the request to the WADO middleware directly,and the WADO middleware then converts the request into a prescribed format and sends it to the image data server.After receiving the data returned by the image data server,the WADO middleware converts the data into a format suitable for the Http protocol and sends it to the mobile terminal.Meanwhile,WADO middleware can directly convert DICOM images into BMP format that can be directly displayed by mobile browsers.In addition,in order to ensure the loading speed and interaction fluency of the transition of the image on the mobile terminal,the system also uses WebWorkers technology to realize the asynchronous transmission of image data,the image rendering and two-dimensional interaction functions realized by technologies like Canvas and WebGL.Such as image movement,zooming,rotating,adjusting window width and window level,and measurement functions.Moreover,since the system runs on a mobile browser,it is compatible with mobile operating systems such as Windows,Android,and IOS,greatly reducing the workload of software developers.Finally,this paper systematically tested ahead the mobile terminal based medical image transmission and display system.The results show that the system can operate normally under the three major mobile operating systems,and the transmission speed of image data and the functions of the system can meet the requirements.
