The development of a suitable for teaching PACSsystem can not only improve the level of teaching, but also can enhance thediagnosis ability of the students. The related technology of medical imageprocessing. This thesis mainly studies the PACS system, to develop a better fit topave the way in the PACS system of medical education, the teaching efficiency andteaching level play a crucial role in.This thesis is divided into five chapters. In this paper I do, first briefly describethe development and background image archiving and communication system ofdomestic and international, structure and design target for the real teaching PACSsoftware was performed to elucidate the. Secondly, the elements of information,medical image and text information and DICOM image files and structuredescribing the theoretical knowledge, focuses on the theoretical basis of DICOMimage communication and processing, structure analysis, and process design ofeach module, solutions and issues involved, the realization of the image translation,image enhancement, turning, edge detection, scaling and window level and window width adjustment basic function research.This study analyzed the relevant technology research of medical imageprocessing in PACS system, to achieve an efficient, practical teaching PACSsoftware. The software system is applied in Qiqihar Medical University.
