With the progress of medical equipment, enhance of mobile internet andimprovement of handheld mobile devices, the management of medical imaging isnow changing from traditional way to cross-platform mobile way. In addition,because X-ray phase-contrast imaging and micro-CT imaging took by synchrotronradiation facility play a more and more important role in clinical diagnosis andscience research, it’s very significant to transform synchrotron radiation medicalimages to DICOM images, which is the uniform standard of medical digital imagingand communication.This dissertation firstly provides a method to transform synchrotron radiationmedical images to DICOM images. Then it designs an image display system clientusing C/S structure based on Android system. This system integrated to the PACSsystem can display traditional medical images and images transformed fromsynchrotron radiation medical images, and also provide many image processingfunctions based on gesture. Additionally, through the optimization of image readingalgorithm, this client is able to accelerate the speed of reading large images andreduce memory pressure. This dissertation also makes an outlook for the medicalimaging display system at last, which proposes future direction of improvement ofthe system.
