Study On Quality Improvement Of Electronic Equipment In Plateau Area

The use of electronic devices in their lifetime will be affected by climate.The effects of the various modes of these environments are bound to corrode or destroy the materials and structures of electronic devices,degrade product performance and malfunction.One of the hallmarks of the quality of electronic equipment is whether it has good adaptability during the various environments encountered during the lifetime.Environmental adaptability is a product that may be met during the life period is expected to environment can be achieved under the action of all its due to functionality,performance,and the ability to not be damaged,is one of the important quality characteristics of products.In this paper,the electronic equipment used in the typical plateau area of low pressure,cold climate and strong solar radiation is collected,and the data of climatic environmental characteristics are collected.Using analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to build quality evaluation system for the electronic device of the plateau,by means of questionnaires and use the calculation method of index weight,determine the specific quality evaluation system index and weight of the index system,summed up the plateau with electronic equipment quality management key elements,namely,low pressure,low temperature,strong solar radiation,lightning and electrostatic,finally analyze the several climate environment factors on the effect of electronic equipment;Electronic equipment plateau climate quality management improvement countermeasures in China are put forward,according to the PDSA cycle method to explore how to specific implementation plateau with electronic equipment quality management process,and through the people,material,method of these three aspects of validation effect accordingly.To sum up,this paper applies the analytic hierarchy process and quality management tools on the plateau with research and analysis on the quality improvement of the electronic equipment,in product design,management,production and maintenance process quality management,to improve the plateau environment adaptive ability for the electronic device.
