Objectives Construct a scientifically complete and practical image quality evaluation index system for magnetic resonance equipment to provide an evaluation tool for quantitative evaluation of image quality of magnetic resonance equipment.Methods Using the literature analysis method to construct a preliminary framework for the evaluation index system of general practitioner training satisfaction.The Delphi expert consultation method was used to conduct three rounds of questionnaire survey.The analytic hierarchy process was used to construct the judgment matrix weights of the indicators at all levels.Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was adopted.Comprehensive evaluation of the scientific nature of the indicator system.Results 1 After the first round of expert consultation,three secondary indicators that did not reach 65% of the experts' approval were deleted.After the second round of expert consultation,the importance of the indicators and the feasibility of the indicators are all ?3.5,the coefficient of variation is <0.3,and the four secondary indicators are deleted.After two rounds of consultation,the MRI image quality evaluation index system was basically established,covering three first-level indicators and 16 second-level indicators.2 The weights of the first-level indicators are 0.61,0.26,and 0.13,respectively.The performance of the MRI equipment is the basis of the imaging effect,so the "MRI equipment performance" weight is the highest;the image imaging effect is the basis of image diagnosis,so "MRI image effect The weight of "" is higher than "MRI diagnostic efficacy." Among the secondary indicators,the signal-to-noise ratio is the most important factor affecting the imaging effect.Therefore,the “signal-to-noise ratio” has the highest comprehensive weight,reaching 0.19.The spatial resolution is the important factor in the performance index after the signal-to-noise ratio.The weight sorting is in accordance with the actual situation;"Is the image available for diagnosis" sorted by the third.3 In the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the fuzzy operation result is C=(0.6918,0.2694,0.0388,0,0),and the evaluation result of “Quality of MRI Index System” is “very satisfied”.Conclusions The research established a set of image quality evaluation index system for MRI equipment.The three primary indicators are “MRI device performance,MRI image effect,MRI diagnostic performance”,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation conclusion is “very satisfied”,and the MRI image quality evaluation index system is successfully constructed.
